The SEC has approved staking for Ethereum spot ETFs, allowing holders of BlackRock's ETHA and Fidelity's FETH to earn approximately 4.2% annually through native Ethereum staking rewards.

How It Works

This makes Ethereum ETFs one of the few investment products offering both price appreciation and yield. Analysts estimate the staking approval could attract $15 billion in new inflows over the next 12 months from yield-seeking institutional investors.
